Beautiful weather this morning. Cold and clear. On the way in, I saw a cyclist going the opposite direction without a headlight. Didn't really think much of it because the street is well lit, but shortly after seeing her go by, I heard some yelling. The car in front of her was turning in to a driveway. I don't think the car signaled, but she had tried passing on the right when the car started slowing down.

I'm just glad nobody got hurt.
