I say talk with the IRO guy (Tony) and if he doesn't say one way or the other, I'd go with the 59. I prefer to have a bigger, comfy frame and put a shorter stem on it. The front end will be tighter and stiffer with a shorter stem.

This is my personal preference though. You may like a smaller frame.
