Well, it's your bike, so what we think of it doesn't matter. On that note, the OCR 3 was my first bike and I quickly replaced the adjustable stem(no real reason, just did) and rode the hell out of it.

Ride it, get some good miles on it, figure out what you like and don't like in a road bike then buy something later. OCR 3 is a fine bike but not enough to spend a bunch of money upgrading it.
