On the second picture I dislike the reflectors, stem (all adjustable stems are ugly), sensor position on the fork (should be in front of the fork, not behind it), mismatched bottle cages, dust cap on valve stems, misaligned front tire (label isn't next to valve). Also the seat and bars are pretty ugly.
