Now THERE'S a can of worms! Saddle preferences are pretty individual. I'd wait until your butt bones stop hurting after a few miles, then see what part of your...um... 'undercarriage' is either receiving too much pressure, or rubbing against the saddle. One important thing to remember - numb genitals are ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! If that happens, especially if you're only riding a few miles, find another saddle IMMEDIATELY!!

Other than that, it looks like a really nice bike. Ride the living hell out of it!
