This is exactly what I'm going through right now with several retailers. Customer service has taken a back seat to more margins and greed as far as I'm concerned. I have a list of retailers and manufacturers I will never, never, ever, ever buy from again due to thier lack of GOOD customer service. This list is getting bigger and bigger every MONTH!
You would think with the slummin economy, retailers would be more humble, polite or do what ever to make the customer happy. Sadly, this is not the case.
