To make the ST and the TT bend like this, you need some very thin walled tubing. Also there is a huge amount of fillet brazing (if you can call it that with that size) there. My gut feeling is that even Tange Prestige would be unlikely to withhold this treatment so I suspect that is was another (even lighter/stronger) type of tubing used.
