Good. I gained 20W last year (year over year peaks) with 8 hrs/wk training. I'm sure I could get that last 10W if I could train the 12 hrs/wk I'd like to, which would put me at 370W. Unfortunately I'm going the other direction now at 5.5-6 hrs/wk, and I'll probably have to settle for 345W or so
