Glad you all liked it. The toughest part of riding rollers is the mind numbing boredom that begins somewhere around the 15 minute mark. I try to kill it by: a) riding in the middle of my house where the kids and mommy are constantly walking by 2) you can't see the tv that is across the room and 3) talking on the phone that is on the table next to me.
As for stopping...never hit the brakes. I think someone else said it, you just freewheel and the bike will quickly slow down; there is a bit of resistance.
How I shot the video - I just directed one of my kids on where to set the video camera as I was riding. I figured an hour of single shot video might be pretty boring so I edited to make it a little more interesting.
The rollers I have are cyclops. Never liked rear wheel trainers as I worry they are bending a skewer or a wheel, I picked these up at a LBS and have never looked back. I have only crashed twice which fully blows.
I think that answers all the questions.
