Bikes: 8 bikes - one for each day of the week!

Do you like 'em fat, or skinny?

I've got a Windsor The Hour, which is a nice enough bike for the price. I recently added some aero rims for winter, and wish I could put some really fat tires under it, preferably with studs. (We have snow about 5 months out of the year) Then I saw the Timeline, which is basically my bike, but with room for wide tires. D'oh! So I'm wondering what everyone else thinks about the extra utility of being able to run wider rubber, especially if you're riding in bad weather, or just commuting, and want to add racks, fenders, and stuff like that.

This is ss/fg, don't hold back on your opinions, OK?
