And re the OP, the Windsor Timeline is now very high on my shortlist if I ever decide to buy a new bike. It looks pretty well suited for adapting to a commuter. (rack, fenders, fat tires).
I'm thinking that if I could get one (or even just a frame) and swap the parts from my Hour over to it, I'd be set for the winter and into the warm months too.
