Like I said, if it was defective before use, I would have expected an immediate replacement. Once it's used, I understand the warranty process. Sorry, I normally wouldn't argue this much, but I'm just showing my students a Christmas video as a reward for doing so well this week before they go on break, so I've got time to kill.
