Thanks. I guess I could have just checked eBay. I'll probably offer it to my friend for $125.

I do have the original CE but you can down load the latest from their web without license key. I have a new PC with Win7 but Polar doesn't support it so I've been just using my old WinXP PC until I get the Garmin.
