I've used them for a couple of years and like them for the foot retention plus walkable shoes. Here's a tip: at first the screws holding the straps to the pedals kept coming undone, which was annoying. One day I could not find the screw so I fastened the strap with a zip tie wound through the holes a couple of times. Hasn't come loose since. Keeping a handful of zip ties in your tool bag could make adjusting for different shoes much quicker and easier.
