Btw just curious what you guys would pay for this frame, just want to know if I got a good deal on it or not.
Lotus bikes were Japanese made bikes. You'll want to post in the classic and vintage for more info.

You've got a threaded headset, most likely 1", however there are two sizes for 1" threaded headsets, the JIS and the ISO, so you'll need to take the frame and fork with you to the bike shop to see which one you need, or get a set of calipers and do the appropriate measurement.

Your bottom bracket is almost definitely a 68mm English standard, but you'll want to wait on buying that until you know what size spindle length you'll need for your cranks.

Do not worry about whether or not you got a good deal. Assume that you did. Otherwise you can only be disappointed.

Looks like a fun project. Good luck!
