I have a 13/30 7 speed freewheel on my Voyageur and it sticks occasionally so I want to replace it and lower my gearing. If anyone has used the MF-HG40 could you tell me the cog sizes? All I can find on the web is that it is 14-34 but nothing about the inner cog sizes.
