The cassette version and the freewheel version have different cogs.
The freewheel version is 11-13-15-18-21-24-34
I used one with single c-ring on a commuter bike and loved it. However, I would think that the 24T-34T jump would be awkward for a touring triple.
I almost never used the 34 because the jump was way too abrupt.
