I sold a Schwinn stick shift for 10 or 20 dollars earlier this year. It was missing the top knob but I heard they are being reproduced, or if it's for a custom project a knob could be hand made. Sorry, I know this doesn't really help you much.
What's the shifter going to be used on?
I was considering buying an old stingray frame from a friend but its just the bare frame, and I really would only want to take the time to restore it (it would definatly need to be repainted) if I can't get it as it was intended to be.
