My Climitts from SideTrak are fantastic, and at $36 very reasonably priced. I tend to put them on the bike in the Fall once the temps don't get above 55F. I'll wear summer fingerless gloved down into the 30's-40's F. Once the temps get to below freezing I'll add full fingered gloves. What I love is that my hands stay DRY, even in a massive downpoor. Since there is room around my hands I also don't get clammy damp hands (a realy problem with full winter gloves). In the Fall and Spring the Climits are certainly not essential to keep my hands warm, but are amazingly good at preventing frozen hands during rainy rides. As a bonus, they keep my brake handles and shifters dry so I don't get moisture in them.

Happy riding,
André
