Finish Line Teflon Plus (red cap) in the dry season and Finish Line Wet Lube (green cap) in the wet season. Remember, I ride on dirt most of the time and the dry lube is to keep dust/dirt from sticking. If I use an oil during the dry season, the chain will be buggered in a couple of rides.
