Riding per usual, I find myself warming up quite quickly and starting to sweat within roughly 10min at 30F. After mile 20 the sweat is starting to chill no matter the body heat I'm producing, and I generally don't exceed 30 miles in these temperatures due to the discomfort.
if the temp is below 30 i generally seem to max out at 30 to 40 miles. later.
