If you ever care to venture into the roadbike forum they have covered this hundreds of times.
Fluid Trainer > Magnetic Trainer > Rollers.

Though to be honest its like comparing apples to oranges. Rollers are great for getting your RPMs up, pedal stroke and balance but a trainer will give you a workout and keep you trained during the winter. Think of the trainer as something you use to keep your fitness and rollers as what you use to fine tune your ride.
