Hi Allegheny Jet - I know you are absolutely right about that - my green (non TT) Super Course is a joy to ride.
(I think there is a little cult status associated with these old SC's, and justifiably so. )

My red one however had a Nervar crank and Huret DR's (all of which I plan on reconditioning, and keeping, in case I elect to go back to all OEM).
