I got a pair of those from a freind. They have worn crunchy bearings. I tried a few times to get the plastic cap off them with my pin spanner. It wont budge. Does it just pop off like a plastic pedals cap?
I couldnt see a circlip on them. Are they bearing cartridges or cup and cones?
