auchencrow, I found this bike out on the street on bulk-trash-pickup day. It was mostly original, and I've replaced just about everything that had not been replaced, most visibly the handlebars. It is my most pleasurable bike to ride now, among a fleet of classics.

Since taking this picture, I've replaced the stem, saddle, pedals and brake calipers (with Mafac Racers). I still have the original steel Huret derailleurs and shifters.
