I was raised in upstate NY and developed the most god-awful allergies (to ragweed, was the doc's best guess) while living in Medford (Medfud) for 6 years. But they didn't hit me until I was about 30 or so and I never was hacking-up the green stuff like you are. The pollution and riding the Disease Tube (I never called it "The T" either) are about enoughto make any mere mortal sick. Who knows, hopefully your body will adjust to it. But for me and my allergies, I had to move out west to escape from them once and for all.
