There is always freaking drama in a team. Suck but part of the deal I guess.
1: rider wanted to sponsor team. Wanted good size and position but didn't want to pay for it. Then got mad because his logo was not on the kit even though he did not pay a dime. Many things could have been resolved if he actually negotiated rather than expecting for me to read this thoughts.
2: Rider wanted to control and run the team, but actually not do any work. I guess this is typical for most teams.
3: most of the time, it seems like I am talking to a brick wall. No one responds to my requests for results, comments/suggestions, product reviews, etc and don't feel my work running the team is very much appreciated.
