Getting ready for STP (my second, trying it in one day this time), and I have a couple of Seattle questions.

First, any suggestions for a clean, cheap hotel/motel near the start at UW stadium?

Second, can anyone suggest a good bike rout from the Amtrak station to UW stadium?
