Also remember what ever lube you used on your cables may be freezeing up. Where as I grease cables in the summer, I only use a drop or 2 of oil on the cable in the winter. This winter however I am playin with a product called slick honey to see how it works in the cold. So far at 17 degrees with a sub zero wind chill for 3 plus hours things seem to be working fine. But the Jury is still out, and i wnat to test it for a couple more months.
