It might not be the popular answer but I'd consider picking 3 out of the 4 and doing them well.
It's actually no change. I was running the team completely before as well. The only reason I was not listed as the president on USAC was because I didn't want any form of legal liability.

EDIT: As for the family they are the center of all of it. Business, team, family all one and the same. She preps spokes, pulls orders and has already started planning family cookouts with a new team for this season.

My son at 3 1/2 can probably begin to answer posts on here about wheel building if he needed to. We had some friends come over yesterday and when the second showed up my son said - in an excited tone - "OOOOooo look! ANOTHER CUSTOMER!"
