This is going to be less than usefull, but once I bolted a motorcycle horn to a steertube relector mount, and powered it with a really big, heavy 24V lead acid battery in a seat pouch. Man I miss that thing. It was worth lugging the extra 5 lb just to be able to give those cagers a taste of their own medicine. It was so loud, it would make me jump when I would hit the button, even though I knew it was coming. I remember blasting a big delivery truck with it when he backed out in front of me. The driver was so surprised that he dropped the clutch and stalled the motor. He was looking around like a shaved monkey for the car that had honked at him. Priceless.
