No... All you get is salt: Ferrous (from Iron oxide - rust) and mostly Nitrous (from Baking soda). Unlike Sodium and Potassium-based salts, Nitrous salts are excellent lawn food. So is the carbon from the oxalic acid. So you are basically feeding your lawn if you do that...
