Get a new, and better, saddle. Follow the instruction with the new saddle, and follow them to the letter.

Many times, I've seen, a saddle has been improperly installed. So the tension on the bolts holding same fail. SNaP!! goes a rail. Got a torque-wrench? No? Borrow one or take the new saddle with the instructions.
