I will put this out there as a fellow tall man with lots of leverage, these are one of the very first alloy crank arm designs and they don't have much more material than some of the steel racing cranks that preceded them. As a result they are the flexiest cranks I have ever used and I also broke mine that the spindle hole as there is not a heck of a lot of material there. I wouldn't bother with them unless you will be spinning on them all the time or riding them only occasionally.
Oh and yes they are ISO and campy spindles are suitable.
