Does anyone recall who posted the homemade Xtra-like panniers early last year, or have better luck with the search function than myself? Better yet, did YOU post them?

I bookmarked it at the time, but a laptop change has lost that. I recall that the creator used a whole bunch of straps on the back.

Any help would be appreciated.
