Bikes: confidential infromation that I don't even share with my wife

I began riding the rollers last winter as a supplement to riding my bike on a trainer at home and attending twice a week indoor cycling workouts. I have the Performance rollers and a Performance Adjustable Fluid trainer . Most of the workouts that I do indoors are set up with specific drills, intervals and purpose. I do occasionally ride 1 hr lipolysis workout rides on the rollers before eating breakfast for weight loss. I use the rollers during the long interval to work on technique at the same time. It can be a pretty boring hour watching the early AM news and the clock with anticipation of getting done while riding the bike on the trainer, the rollers dictate some of my attention away from boredom.

It took about 4 roller rides before I left the safety net of the door frame. Next I positioned the rollers next to the pool table in our basement and used the table top as my "hand crutch" and bottle holder. I still have a little trouble getting drinks from the water bottle and putting it back into the cage.
