I am looking at getting rollers also and I will have to make the diameter decision as well. More than likely, I will go for larger since I want to spin faster and I can use my fluid trainer for harder efforts.
Did see that video, looked like he was on 4.5's. Would hope to get to somewhere near his spin-up level, but I won't be starting there. Faster cadence, more stability, and being able to grab the bottle from the cage come first!
