When we got back into riding we "thought" we wanted Mountain Bikes so that's what we bought but soon we found that bouncing down mountainsides wasn't as much FUN as we thought! So now we've "converted" our hardtail MTB's to more road/path riding and to be honest we didn't have a home on BF, well except for the 50+ forum. Was really happy when the Hybrid Forum showed up as that's what we think of our converted bikes, Road Hybrids, I've refered to mine as "Frankenbrid" since it's not a "factory" hybrid. The attitude in the hybrid forum is a lot like the 50+ forum, laidback, informal, easy to ask questions ect. I've felt very accepted here, (although one guy told me it wasn't a "TRUE" hybrid if it didn't have 700c wheels) and plan to stop by and add my 2cents! Thanks to the founders!
