Kinetic Road Machine Questions
Hi guys,
I just ordered a Kurt Kinetic Road Machine indoor trainer to workout on during the winter months. I plan to use it in my dorm room this winter and I have a couple questions about it.
- Can I use my Specialized Tricross singlespeed with it? I don't know if I can change the rear skewer but I'm pretty sure the current one will fit on the trainer.
-Are Spinervals still the preferred training materials? Does anybody have any book or DVD recommendations about indoor training?
