I think you have enough lights on your bike.

You are experiencing something else.

Drivers are not expecting to SEE a bicycle or motorcycle.

While they may directly look at you they do not see you.
If they do see you they have no concept of your speed.
I rode motorcycles for 28 years and have had the same no see problem, even with bright lights.
