Much appreciated. Doing a quick search through there for "volume," it looks like they're talking about people with more training time. I think my 5 hours a week should be the intense stuff, and just add in the other stuff if I have time. No way I'm only doing 1 hour of high tempo each week.

In other words, it doesn't look like anything would change for me at all.
