1. If you want a flat transition to the hoods, get bars that allow that. The current setup looks ridiculous.
2. The extra piece of tape should go underneath the rest.

6. And If you wanna be really particular, line up the cranks with either the chainstays or seat tube.
And then, maybe, this bike will be hawt.
another minor addition:
you have a set back seatpost but your saddle appears to be all the way forward. if you got a straight post, you could probably have the seat mounted somewhere close to center. its not a big deal, but visually, it would look better
edit: your front skewer is installed backwards as well. it should be on the non drive side.
