typically one can do more on a decline press than the military/incline press, with the bench press being in the middle somewhat.
At my strongest and at 150lbs about three years ago, I could 1 rep max 250 on the bench, but never above 200 on the incline press. I was also doing leg press sets at 700-800lbs, but today doing half those weights is a workout. I wish i had taken up cycling at that point, things would be alot different if i had.
