Dunno about Ohio, but in VA there's a statute that covers a "mob" assault that actually carries higher penalties than a 1 on 1. Seems that would apply here.
To the OP, glad you're ok and back on the bike, I admire your fortitude, and sensibility when the CC advocates arrived. For once here on BF I've seen someone (you) actually discuss CC with a modicum of sensibility as to it's application in the real world versus others "wishes"
