Yes, that looks like a blast to ride! I thought he was traveling to the right in the photo, and was wondering what would happen if the prop stand dropped down... Then I realized that the parade is moving to the left, and that tandem has a fork at each end, though the rear must be locked in a straight orientation... I'm guessing it was cobbled together from two bikes by an enthusiast (an Indonesian Freakbike!)

I might have to find a pair of mixtes and break out the welder...
