Interesting how only very few completed the 106miles.
Well, a weekend before I was doing 128miles on the fixed gear (the PCH rando 200k) so 106 flat sound like an 'easy' weekend ride, but at the end of the day I realize that I am actually on 48x18 (~70inch) and in the front with the guys that running 74 & 75". (originally I thought I am on 48x17).
While 20mph was ok for 75" gears, I was all ready in 95+rpm and when I got to 35mph, I was close to 170rpm
Rick & I, ended the ride with a bit more than 107miles - it was a nice long day.
