my favorite squat routine, i only do this once a month because it hurts like hell. Pick a weight were you fail at 10 reps. Do your 10, do not rack the bar. Take 3-4 deep breathes, push out as many more reps as you can, should be 3-5. Take 3-4 deep breathes. Do this until you reach 20 reps. Rack the weight, fall down and cry. Now go do some lunges and straight legged deadlifts to round out the day.
