From what I've read it sounds like the OP is willing to pay for the damage that HE caused, but is not willing to pay for any preexisting damage. And he asking here in an attempt to get an idea of what is and isn't reasonable damages caused by a bicycle hitting a parked car. Above the obvious of having damaged/destroyed the rear window.
