Hi Everybody. wondering if anybody would have any thoughts/suggestions on this. So my wife is now using cleats and it seems like about 15 miles into the ride, her left knee on the outside is in a lot of pain. This only happens to her left knee but the pain is so bad she is in tears. She use to ride with toe straps and never had this problem. The cleats are STP and they are adjusted more towards the toe of the shoe. Any thoughts. Thanks for the help. Brad
