I wasent implying that profile had to do with comfort, I was just reminding the OP that the two rims look drastically different if that matters to him. I personally think that open pros are the better choice and look cleaner, the only reason cpx33s are slightly more sturdy is that they are heavier and more similar to deepvs, riding wise id rather go with op's. But in that sense its all a matter of preference, I personally just dont like the way deeper rims feel on the road.
deep sections shouldn't feel any different on the road compared to shallow profiles... other than that aero bit, where if you get caught in a side wind, deep section won't feel too good.
